Having trouble finding rap artist that wears a raccoon hat in his video?

The song is really chill, and the artist just sounds like he is talking in the video. The video is of the rapper (i think) and he starts off wearing a racoon hat with black horn rimmed glasses i think, then he just keeps walking to the right and there is like a outfit progression. At the end of the video he is doing the like rockin out hand motion...
