I'm using regular pink hair dye and i have a cap with holes in it. I also have unlimited access to foil. what should I do? anyone have any good sites?Does anyone know how to raccoon highlight my hair?
when i got coon tales in my hair i didnt have any foil either so i cut even strips of paper and folded the paper then taped it togetther and i put die on my hair in the stripes that didnt have the paper on them if you want it to be more edgey dont cut it exactly even but make sure it is kinda even
thats what i did and it worked but now i use foil cause its not as hard to do
