I found a dead 'coon under my trailer and the carcass still smells fresh. I'd hate to waste him...he's a big 'un!Got any good raccoon recipes?

well you get a big pot, add carrots, celrey, potatoes,water, add coon, simmer 3 hrs, check if seasoning is needed, cook 2o min moore, then throw out coon cauze it aint worth etin.
On TV they dredged it in seasoned flour and fried it. It looked good. Try that.
