I have meduim short hair, and it's VERY blonde. I plan on giving myself a raccoon tail using 3 different colors (pink on bottom, blue in the middle, and then purple to top it all off).
How do I do this? Will I have to section my hair out, or something, because I don't have layers yet??Okay so how can I give myself a Raccoon tail using 3 different colors?
