Why is there a raccoon on my right foot?

I kinda have this little problem, there is a small raccoon living on my right foot and i do not know what to do. I have tried pesticides and shooting it with a peanut launcher. None of these seem to work. Any suggestions?Why is there a raccoon on my right foot?
