Somehow, I don't believe that you threw a lawnmower off a roof and hit a raccoon. First, what's a raccoon doing near an apartment building? Sounds unlikely. Second, what are YOU doing throwing lawnmowers off the roof?!
Anyway, you'll have to clean it up, no one wants a dead raccoon laying around.
